This town in Upper Assam boasts of some of the most picturesque pandals and innovative pratimas that were definitely the best amongst whole of Assam.

3. Silchar

The frolic of the Durga Puja had the cultural capital of Assam too within grasp. With pratimas so elegant and pandals so beautifully made, the town once again stood its ground in the entire state.

5. Nagaon

That one Puja pandal in the town - yes, the one that took everyone to a land beyond imagination - had to be one of the very best the state has ever seen. The other pandals were also equally grand, with some really beautiful and innovative themes.
